We have been buying vehicles from the Adel location since 2007! We have always purchased our vehicles from Jason Kelley. We tell Jason what we are looking for and he always delivers!! The Service Department at the Adel location also plays a major part in the reason we purchase our vehicles there!!! Mr. Paul and Taylor have always gone over and beyond to get our vehicles taken care of for us! They are always extremely accommodating to take care of our vehicles and get us back on the road!!! Warranty repairs have been made to my vehicle, along with my first free oil change. The scheduling of repairs was weeks out from my request and each problem was going to be an additional diagnostic fee if these were not warranty repairs-why? I was asked how wires were cut and electrical tape put on them for the display monitor that was in my dashboard and I have only had this vehicle 4 months and purchased it from Prince. It was a bit of an emotional roller coaster as the customer regarding possible expenses, but they pulled it together in the end.

Underwhelming is how I would describe this. I had to take my truck back twice for a recall. They said they did the first time, but didn't. I was charged $45 to fill my DEF tank, only to find out it was only filled to 3/4 full. The staff aren't the friendliest you'll ever encounter, so yes, underwhelming is the best way to categorize my visit, and likely the reason I won't return.

It took me 2 months to even get into the shop to get seen and they it took another 2 1/2 weeks for the park to get there and both times they had it in the back the truck came back to me with grease print and smudges on both sides of the truck and hood after I asked them to make sure they cleaned there marks off of it

I had major engine (noises/metal in the right side intake/cylinder) repaired and replaced INFORMATION Center. The repair process was very demanding/time consuming due to multiple engine diagnosis and OEM parts backordered! Daniel Minns, Service Rep. was - AWESOME!!! He kept me abreast of parts/repair status daily. Additionally he coordinated warranty repair approval for over $5K with my Non-GM agency. All repairs are operating perfect. I have been in the market for a new Tahoe for a year. After cruising the lot at Prince, I pulled up and was greeted by Mr. Larry. Mr. Larry was a great salesperson. I admire that he was not pushy but up front and honest with every question I had. I left the dealer on day one, and the next morning, I received a call to check on me. During the test drive, he began to establish rapport, which helped during the entire sales process. After the purchase, he took time to sit in the car with me to explain "my new computer on wheels". Needless to say, I left there with a new inspirational video that I listen to daily. THANKS MR. LARRY! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go see me Larry at Prince. He is amazing!

My wife and I were interested in the Chevy Traverse and went to the dealership to look at the vehicle we had researched on the web site. Come to find out that these vehicles were not at the Valdosta location. Keauna, the sales rep interest us in test driving the GMC Acadia. We liked it and had him run some figures. I came home and did some research on the pricing of the vehicle and within a few days, I replied back to him with an offer. We communicated back and forth through text and email until we agreed on a sale price. Throughout the negotiation, he kept me informed. The day of the sale he made sure the vehicle was detailed and well presented. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole process and very impressed on how the car looked before we drove it home. In the finance department, we had to come back to sign our paperwork after my wife got off from work. The signing of the paperwork went smooth, and we were out of the dealership within a couple of hours.

While traveling to Florida for a much needed vacation, our 2022 Chevrolet Equinox started running rough and emission control light came on. I also received a diagnostic alert on my phone to service the engine and transmission immediately. We pulled into the dealership near quitting time and explained the problem. The service tech immediately checked it out, determined the problem, and was going to repair it immediately. However, there were no mechanics available, since all had left for the day. We were told to be there the next morning and the repairs would be quickly made so we could continue on our trip. As promised, repairs were made and we were back on the road in less than a couple of hours. And this was done in spite of all the scheduled work they had going on. We were so thankful and appreciative. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it.

I tried making an appointment on line but couldn't. Web page wasn't working properly? Dropped off my truck with charging problems on a Monday. Had to jump start my truck and charge the battery just to get it to the dealer Matt was great, they were busy but got to my truck by Wednesday. They weren't able to find any problems. They tested everything, drove it, let it sit, let it run. I haven't had any problems since either. But I am driving a new truck with 4500 miles on it and I can't be sure it's going to start. It may not be the dealer's fault, but my anxiety level is now up there. Do I have to carry jumper cables and a battery pack on a new truck? I think the dealership is great, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Took my vehicle to get running boards installed, the next day when I was cleaning my vehicle I noticed the rear mud flap was just hanging missing a screw. I had to take the vehicle back to fix the problem. Don't know how it happened but all work needs to be checked to ensure it is done correctly the first time, avoiding the customer to return to get it fix. The service agent was very helpful and nice.

I was stranded in Valdosta on my way to a job in Atlanta from central Florida when my GMC truck failed. We had our RV towed to a local campground and the truck towed to Prince Automotive. Josh went above and beyond to help me get a rental vehicle for me to continue in my business and serve my clients. I recently purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra Denali from Prince Automotive about 4 weeks ago and brought it in for a check engine light with intermittent codes (P1098 and P0421). The service team was polite, but I was disappointed that the issue was immediately treated as customer-pay with a ~$400 diagnostic fee, without clearly evaluating whether it could fall under emissions warranty first. Since the codes relate to engine warm-up and catalyst efficiency, I expected more effort to determine coverage before asking me to authorize charges. I chose not to proceed with the diagnosis at that time. Overall, communication was okay, but I would recommend better clarity around warranty evaluation so customers can make informed decisions, especially for vehicles that were just recently purchased from the dealership.

I was called and told one price for my repairs and when I went to get my vehicle the price was $200 more. Most dealerships if you have them fix your vehicle after the diagnostic, they don't charge for the diagnostic and for the repair. They charge for the repair.

While heading out of town, we had a blowout on I-75 at exit 18. We called Mykie in the service department & he sent someone immediately to put on a spare so that we could drive to the dealership for a replacement tire. We were back on the road within 30 minutes! And this is why we only buy from Prince...it's more than sales...they continue with impeccable service long after the sale.

I’ve had the Equinox 2 years. Purchased new. 70,000 miles. Over 22 oil changes, 11 rotations. All done at Chevy dealerships in Waycross and Brandon Ms. have had the tires 7 months. With Prince, this is the first time after a rotation I have had road noise from the tires. I guess not harmful but incredibly annoying given it was never there before. Adviser was professional, not necessarily personable, but the work was done. Thanks
